General
-
ND is an acronym for neurodiversity or neurodivergence.
-
No, I love working with anyone who needs help managing day to day challenges and achieving outcomes.
-
As a neuro affirming practitioner I believe that ADHD, Autism and other neurotypes are not deficits, they are differences. These differences make ND'ers unique individuals who should be valued and included as they are.
-
No, I am not a counsellor or psychologist. Coaching is a process for identifying goals and finding ways to push forward and achieve those goals. Coaching is not the appropriate medium for working through mental health challenges. That being said, I am a trained life coach and a qualified and experienced educator. I have significant lived and professional experience of and with neurodivergence, especially ADHD, Autism and PDA.
All 'ND Support and Coaching' parent and teacher courses have been created with a clinical psychologist and are evidence based.
Coaching
-
Yes, I am an ICF Accredited Coach (ICF Level 2). That means I have completed training and coaching hours to meet the standards of the International Coaching Federation. I have additional qualifications (and a great deal of lived experience) in ADHD coaching and parent coaching, and am an NLP Master Coach.
-
My coaching services are available to anyone looking for support and guidance to achieve their personal or professional goals. I am especially passionate about working with parents and carers of ND kids, as well as ND adults.

ADHD coaching can help when you have a plan or goal that you just can't seem to bring to fruition on your own.
The kind of goals statements used by adults that I coach:
I will create a manageable system to stop small daily tasks from dominating my life
I will get a handle on my finances
I will learn to advocate for my needs
I will find a new job that supports my neurotype
I will build a new meal planning routine
I will learn how to explain my neurotype to others
I will start my own business

Coaching can help when you have a plan or goal that you just can't seem to bring to fruition on your own.
The kinds of goal statements used by parents I coach:
I will master using declarative language
I will put in steps to avoid Term 4 burn out this year
I will carve out time for myself so I can show up as a parent
I will become a fierce advocate for my child
I will teach my child to advocate for themselves

I offer coaching by phone or Zoom depending on your preference. I am based in Sydney but work with clients across Australia.
Hate talking on the phone or being on screen? No problem - camera off, chat function, phone call - we can do whatever works for you.
-
Of course! Coaching is entirely confidential, and I ensure any information you share with me remains private. As a professional coach, I adhere to all relevant privacy legislation in Australia. Please refer to the Privacy Policy link below.
-
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Commencing weekly helps drive momentum and outcomes. After an initial period of 2-6 months clients may move to meeting fortnightly or monthly.
